Past Seagull Calling Contest winners are encouraged to attend!\n\n\n\nMeet your friends downtown for tasty barbequed wings for just $1 each. Feed the family for cheap! Judge the wing cook-off contestants - enter the competition yourself.\n\n\n\nThe Seagull Calling Festival takes place during the Kitsap Harbor Festival over Memorial Day weekend.
