DESCRIPTION:Learn about earthquakes on your lunch break!  Prepare your pets in your pajamas!  The American Red Cross Serving King & Kitsap Counties is now offering short\, FREE webinars for anyone wanting to learn how to make themselves and their families more prepared for a disaster or emergency.  These live online presentations will be led by preparedness experts from the American Red Cross.   Each webinar will focus on a single topic\, from fire to flood to flu\, and will include tips about how to get a kit\, make a plan\, and be informed.  An ongoing chat space and activities allow participants to interact with presenters and share questions and comments with each other throughout the session.  At 15-20 minutes\, the webinars are an easy way to fit a little preparedness into any schedule.\n\n\n\nThis webinar series is part of Safe in the Sound\, the American Red Cross's campaign to better prepare 1\,000\,000 individuals in the Western Washington area.  To learn more about Safe in the Sound\, visit www.safeinthesound.org.\n\n\n\nAll webinars start at 10:30am (Pacific Time).\n\n\n\nUpon registering\, you will receive a confirmation email with a link allowing you to connect to the webinar on the appropriate date.
