LOCATION:Downtown Port Orchard on Bay Street Bay Street is closed to traffic during the event. SHUTTLE BUSES available from the Kitsap County Courthouse Parking Lot on Cline St. and from the Park and Ride Lot at the Armory on Mill Hill Dr. Arrive by Port Orchard/Bremerton foot ferry from 8am-4pm
