Port Orchard Photo Scavenger Hunt

Join us for an exciting adventure through Port Orchard. 

Collect your team mates and sign up for the Port Orchard Photo Scavenger Hunt. Travel around town and collect photos for points and your chance to win one of many prizes. 

This is a family friendly event!! Everyone is welcome to participate. 
Registration is $10 per team

YOUTH CLUB INCENTIVE: Join the scavenger hunt with your youth club or school team/group. Be the winning youth club and we will donate a $200 cash prize directly to your club/team, in addition to the prize you receive for winning the scavenger hunt. Team must consist of two (or more) youth club members and one adult. You may create as many teams as you wish. 

TO REGISTER: Choose a team captain to register your team, you DO NOT need to register every person in the team at this time. Bring registration confirmation to check-in on November 14th.

Photo Scavenger Hunt Rules

*Rules Subject to Change, a complete and final list of rules will be provided to you on the day of the scavenger hunt

1. Remember Social Distancing and Mask Ordinances are still in effect. Please adhere to current practices and requirements.
2. Have fun and remember this is a family friendly event. Please act accordingly.
3. Teams must consist of at least two people but can be as many as can legally fit into one vehicle.
4. You must register your team and submit your photos to the dropbox we assign you. You will be invited to your specific dropbox folder before the day of the event. That folder will designate your team photos for us to review your pictures.
5. You must have the "special item" in every picture you take. There is no splitting up of teams and no photoshop allowed. The ?special item? will come in the bag you receive with these rules, it must be in the picture for it to count.
6. The hunt starts after you check-in at registration and ends at 3:00 pm sharp for judging. If you are not back at 3:00 pm your photos will not be counted, so manage your time wisely.
7. Liability is completely on you and cannot hold the Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce liable for your actions in the execution of any activities.
    
   1. Drive safely. The Liability of any accidents or traffic violations are completely your responsibility.  Vehicles must be legal and have insurance.
   2. Do not break any laws. Act responsibly and follow all local and state laws.
   3. Be safe and careful. Any injuries incurred while completing the task are your responsibilities, and the Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce will not be held Liable for any injuries arising from the actions of the photos being completed.
