Join Kristi for a Jingle Bell Run/Walk Yoga Class Sunday, November 11th, 2012 at :00am . This will take place at Annapolis Fitness. Build strength, increase flexibility, and improve posture. Yoga is more than just stretching, it releases stress. The "exer-poses" are blended in with sun saluations, strength building, endurance, stamina, and flexibility for upper and lower body. A charitable donation or registration to the Port Orchard Jingle Bell Run/Walk with Team Annapolis Fitness will be your entry to the class. Register for this class at www.annapolis-fitness.com.
