The Kitsap Harbor Festival, coordinated by the Port of Bremerton, takes place in both Bremerton and Port Orchard. The Murder Mystery Event and Seagull Calling Festival take place in downtown Port Orchard and at the Port Orchard Marina Waterfront Park.

Join us for the 6th Annual Murder Mystery Event and the 23rd Annual Seagull Calling Festival all part of the Kitsap Harbor Festival Memorial Weekend in Port Orchard!
The Murder Mystery Event will take place Sat. and Sun. and the Seagull Calling Festival with the return of our popular "Seagull" Wings cook-Off will be on Sunday!
