Discover You CAN! debuts on June 14th, 2014! Chef at the Market is Amy, from Amy's on the Bay. She will be preparing fish from the Market's new fish vendor. Then we will have a vacuum seal demo "How to Save the Summer" featuring the meal that Amy prepared. A canning demo will follow, as well. This program is an exciting way to learn how to preserve fresh and local foods for year round enjoyment! There will be discounts, coupons, giveaways and more! Don't miss it!
