Join us for an engaging program with Andy Thompson, focused on practical networking skills for everyone—from the anxious networker to the seasoned pro.
From the obvious name-tag scanning to the uncomfortable silences and elevator pitches, we’ve all felt the awkwardness of networking. But whether you’re new to networking or a seasoned pro, there are ways to make the networking experience feel more authentic for you and the people you meet! In this workshop, we’ll explore ways to set yourself up for success and important networking skills like asking great questions, actively listening, and authentically connecting with others.
About the Presenter
Andy Thompson, owner of Lead Forward Co, has spent nearly a decade working with executives, managers, and professionals as a coach and leadership development consultant. His background includes work in behavioral health and private practice as a licensed family therapist. With a deep understanding of human systems and how people work together, Andy helps leaders, teams, and organizations grow, navigate change, and overcome challenges.
